About the Founder — The Story Behind Donneyshel
Some entrepreneurial journeys begin in garages.
Others begin in dorm rooms.
Donneyshel’s journey began with a calling — and a lot of failure.
From childhood, he always believed he would end up in real estate. Land, property, and development fascinated him. That passion eventually led him to university where he studied fields connected to land and mapping, including cadastral surveying.
But deep down, something never felt fully aligned.
While sitting in cadastral surveying classes, he realized something important: his mind kept drifting toward building businesses, not just studying systems. He wanted to create something of his own.
Years earlier, he had experimented with e-commerce, so the idea returned to him again. This time, however, he decided to take it seriously.
He stepped away from the university path and committed himself to entrepreneurship.
What followed was not success.
It was failure — again and again.
In 2025 alone, he launched and tested multiple attempts at building his online store. Six different efforts ended the same way:
No sales.
Most people would have stopped.
But he didn’t.
He invested nearly five figures in Ghanaian cedis trying to make the business work — building stores, testing products, running ads, and learning how the digital market truly works. Every attempt that failed became another lesson about branding, product positioning, and customer psychology.
Still, the results were painful.
For a long time, it looked like nothing was working.
Yet something kept him going.
Every midnight, while most people were asleep, he was awake — not only working, but praying. Joining prayer platforms, he asked God for direction, wisdom, and strength to keep moving forward.
Over time he came to understand something powerful:
Success is not built by hard work alone.
Hard work matters.
Learning matters.
Resilience matters.
But he believes the greatest part of his journey has been grace.
In his words:
“Grace did 95%. My resilience was the remaining 5%.”
That belief shapes the foundation of Donneyshel.
The brand is not just about products or online sales.
It represents faith, persistence, and the courage to keep going when nothing seems to work.
Today, Donneyshel continues to grow with a long-term vision: building businesses that connect creativity, technology, and global opportunity.
The journey is still early.
But the mission is clear:
